Summary: This heavy duty freight car is utilized for?the transportations?of machinery-building, metallurgical and chemical industries, etc., which is suitable for operating on China standard gauge railway. It is mainly comprised of one depressed underframe, two bogies, brake equipment, coupler and draft gear, etc. The depressed underframe is fabricated from one load-bearing sill, two side arms and center plate sill, draft sill and end sill, etc. The structure of side arms shall be in such manner that upper bent angle shall be of arc transition, and lower bent angle shall be of angle transition. And the car adopts three-axle (class D) welding frame type bogie, air brake system with 120 type control valve, NSW type hand brake, 13 type top operation coupler and MT-3 type draft gear.
