It is mainly comprised of two schnable arms, two big underframe, two small underframe, two sets of lateral displacement devices, hydraulic system, bogie, brake equipments, coupler and draft gear, etc. The schnabel arm is fabricated from side sills and transverse beams. And the car adopts four-axle (class E) welding frame type bogie, air brake system with GK type tee valve, worm wheel and worm type hand brake, 13 type top operation coupler and No. 2 draft gear.
