It is mainly comprised of car body, unloading device, bogie, brake equipment, coupler and draft gear, etc. The car body is of all steel welded structure, and the car adopts 40t axle-load low track force bogie, remote ballast discharging system, ECP brake system with EP60 type control valve, NSW type hand brake, F type coupler and SL-76 type draft gear.
