Mr. Zhu Yuanchao, born in 1956, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country, holding a graduate degree of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, research fellow-level Senior Engineer, Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, and concurrently External Director of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and Independent Director of China First Heavy Industries. Mr. Zhu was Vice General Manager and member of the party leadership group of Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd., and Director and Senior Vice President of Dongfang Electric Corporation. He has served as Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since June 2020.
