Mr. Lou Qiliang, born in 1963, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a university degree; Senior Engineer; Deputy Party Secretary and Employee Director of the Group, also Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Director of CRRC Corporation Limited. Mr. Lou used to hold various leadership positions at CSR Nanjing Puzheng Co., Ltd., including Deputy Plant Manager, Plant Manager and Deputy Party Secretary, Executive Director, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary. He was also a member of the CPC Standing Committee of the CSR Group; Vice President and?member of CSR's CPC Standing Committee; and member of the CPC Standing Committee and Vice President of CRRC Corporation Limited.
